REFUND POLICY

Circus Smirkus has a no-refund policy for all tickets. Ticket exchanges can be made only for another show time at the same site as the original tickets. 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE – INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

If you have group reservations, please refer to the “Group Reservations” section below.

Your tickets will be available for pick up at the ticket booth starting one hour prior to showtime. Please have your reservation name and/or order number ready so we can serve you as quickly and efficiently as possible. 

The big top tent opens 30 minutes before showtime. Seating is general admission, so plan to be in line, tickets in hand, early enough to claim your favorite seats!

GROUP RESERVATIONS

This information only applies to Group Reservations.

We will need the final visitor count no later than seven days prior to the event. Additional tickets are subject to availability.

Please arrive 45 to 60 minutes prior to showtime. Upon arrival, send a member of your group to the “Group Reservations” line at the ticket booth to check in. 

MIDWAY TENT

The Smirkus midway tent opens one hour before showtime and features Smirkus novelties and food concessions that include popcorn, pretzels, cotton candy, ice cream, Italian ice, bottled water/lemonade/iced tea. Our popcorn is popped in coconut oil. We do not sell peanuts.

Only food and drinks purchased in our concessions are allowed in the big top tent. Personal water bottles are permitted, but there is no water source to refill on site.

SEATING AND SHOW INFORMATION

The big top is ADA-compliant and our staff is ready to assist those with accessibility, sensory, or mobility concerns to enjoy the show. If you or any members of your party need to request special accommodations due to mobility or sensory impairments, please visit this web page prior to arrival to provide the info we need to plan for your arrival.

If you or someone in your party is sensitive to loud music, you may want to consider bringing noise-canceling headphones. Ear plugs are available from the House Manager.

Bright lights and strobe effects may be in use.

Due to fire regulations and available space, car seats or strollers will not be allowed in the tent. There will be stroller parking available near the entrance of the big top, please plan accordingly.

WEATHER

Shows go on rain or shine. Bring umbrellas and your rain gear if rain is in the forecast. On warm days, we have a ventilation system within the big top that helps to circulate the air, misters/sprinklers are outside for cooling off, cool beverages to quench your thirst, and hand fans are available in the Smirkus midway tent!

COVID-19 POLICY

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who shows signs or symptoms of COVID-19.

These policies are subject to change following state and/or local ordinance, guidance from the CDC, and at the discretion of Circus Smirkus for the health and safety of our participants and staff.

By booking tickets to an in-person production or event, you acknowledge and agree that your participation in in-person activities comes with inherent risks, and that despite the company’s reasonable efforts to mitigate such dangers, your participation may result in exposure to COVID-19.
