Circus Smirkus reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of our services, or advances in technology. Please check this page periodically for changes. By continuing to use our services, you accept those changes and agree to be bound by this policy, so please read it carefully.

1. We Only Collect Your Personal Information When We Need It To Provide You A Service.

a. Information About Your Use of Circus Smirkus' Services on Your Phone
We use analytics software (Mixpanel & Google Analytics) so that we can improve the features and usability of the Smirkus app. This software may analyze information such as how often you use the application, the events that occur within the application, and where the application was downloaded. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the mobile app.

b. Access to your phone's location
If you opt into allowing the Smirkus app to use your location, the Smirkus app will use your location to provide you with directions from your current location to the site of your choosing. You can turn off access to your location at any time from the Settings of your phone. 

c. Access to your phone's calendar
If you opt into allowing the Smirkus app to access your calendar, the Smirkus app will be able to add events to your calendar, detailing the date, time, and location of the Smirkus show of your choosing.


2. The Smirkus app includes social media Features (“Features”).
The Smirkus app uses APIs provided by Instagram And YouTube to display public images and videos from Circus Smirkus' Instagram and YouTube accounts.
